Life Continues to Happen

Papercoach : Teach Yourself to Write Fiction

Life continues to happen, while writing progresses very, very slowly. My wife will be giving birth to our first child in early May. As a result, I'm not sure how frequently I'll be able to post in the next 2-3 months (I'm sure you've all noticed a drop-off already).

On the good side my wife will be giving birth to our first child in early May!

That said, none of this stops you all from posting your hearts out; so, good luck, write on, and don't look back!

So I entered the hiding hole of the larger part of my nerd pack, primarily to bother them with useless questions like "I know its brilliant but we spent 1.5 million on it. What's it going to do?" I was instead distracted by the Internet surfing they were doing on our multi-million dollar CAVE. It was not the fact that we shouldn't even have an Internet connection down here but what they were looking at - "The Adventures of George W. Bush, Dungeonmaster". More to the point as they flipped through the pages, I thought "I know that guy - I went to high school with him!" After a few clicks through one blog to another, here I landed. Good on ya, Lou! Hope this finds you and Martha well. Children are a blessing (you'll sometimes think a curse but that too, shall pass). Drop me a note - I'd love to talk to you.

Charlie! That is too effin' funny! I've been meaning to post here for a while; the birth is awfully close. As you can imagine, it means I have little time and far too much to do in prep for her arrival. But I promise I'll drop you a line after our little girl is born.

By the way, "The Adventures" were written by Dave. I'm thinking of turning them into a handout and distributing it for free at GenCon 07 if I can get Dave and Jay to finish them.

Great to hear from you and hope you are doing well.
